This is an entry level bank examiner position in which the employee performs various tasks and assists other examiners with work related to the examination of financial institutions under the jurisdiction of the agency.  Extensive overnight travel is required.  Applicants must have graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field that included the successful completion of nine (9) semester hours in accounting.  Some work experience may substitute for the required education, supplemented by the required nine (9) semester hours in accounting.  All applicants must have passed the Financial Institutions Examiner Trainee test administered by the West Virginia Division of Personnel.
