The board of directors of CNB Bank, Inc. is seeking an exceptional person to lead CNB Bank when its current President/CEO retires.  The new President/CEO will take the helm of a well-capitalized institution that for seventy-seven years has been dedicated to serving the financial needs of the citizens and businesses located in the communities of its market area with a strong reputation for a high level of quality customer service.   

The ideal candidate will be an innovative and dynamic leader with the highest levels of ethics and integrity, who has significant experience in community banking.  Knowledge and experience in all phases of banking, senior level management, lending, A/L, trust/investments is required.  Additionally, the new President/CEO must be committed to being involved in the communities which the bank serves and their organizations, must have excellent interpersonal skills, and must be willing to work with the board of directors to lead the institution forward.  The new President/CEO will be personally involved with customer service, business development, shareholder relations, management of the bank’s employees, execution of policies established by the board of directors, and compliance with banking regulations.

MVB Bank, Inc., a progressive and growing banking organization in West Virginia is seeking to hire an experienced marketing professional to develop and deliver the strategic marketing initiatives of the bank.  The Marketing Officer is responsible for the coordination of all marketing and social media and networking activities of the bank; ensures marketing activities are in compliance with state and federal regulations; develops various marketing concepts from business objectives, materials, advertisements, programs, press releases, and other special events approved by Senior Management and/or the Board of Directors.  Provides guidance and coordinates implementation efforts with respect to the installation of new or existing products and services.  Primary contact of public relations and media contacts, advertising, and certain business development activities that promote the spirit, philosophy, and direction of the Bank.
